SHIPPING POLICY
We process orders as quickly as possible, and always strive to have them in the mail within 3-5 days after receipt. However, sometimes this may take a little longer, and we appreciate your patience through some of our very busy times. If you order an item listed as "Back Order" we will do our best to estimate a shipping date in the description of that item in our shop, but there are many circumstances that play into that estimate and they are subject to change.
We ship anywhere in the world via USPS Priority Mail with signature required, and you will be provided tracking information by email for your order when it is shipped.

Our Free Shipping offer applies to orders over $100 with a delivery address within the United States only. We charge standard carrier rates to ship to any other country in the world, and where applicable, customers will be responsible for any customs or import charges or additional fees that may be imposed. We do NOT and will NOT falsify the value on a customs declaration - please don't ask.
Return & Exchange Policy
Our return policy is simple: No hassles, no bull.

For physical products:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please send us an email to let us know. We will be happy to accept returns in undamaged condition along with any other items included in the package (alternate lenses, booklets, etc.) within 14 days of delivery. We will issue a full refund of the purchase price as quickly as possible upon receiving your order. Return shipping labels are not provided.

For digital products:
Once your purchase is confirmed, your order of our digital products is final and we are unable to offer refunds. We are also unable to replace your file if it becomes corrupted, deleted, lost, or if the device on which you stored the file is lost, damaged, or destroyed.
